The Theory Miscellaneous Requiem I used to find myself out walking, down the lonely streets at night, gazing at the weeping shadows, crying in the bright moonlight, but as I walked into the darkness, dissappeared into the void, seeing things I took for granted, drowned in dreams you can't avoid, no more nights of teary eyes, don't have to hear your stupid lies, the shadows held me like my mother, offering an endless sleep, float away from all my problems life's a burden which cuts deep so when the tears, they filled my eyes, and I only dreamed that I was dead, found a way to stop the crying remembering what someone said: "Life is hard sometimes on us when it seems like there is nothing more, when the darkness starts to call you, come to me, that's what friends are for." no more nights of teary eyes, don't have to hear your stupid lies. |
